Here you will find the Vault Link
Replays
To save a replay, there is a "Save Replay" button in the bottom right of the End of Game Results Screen.
Replays are then normally located in: "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Earth 2160\Players\USERNAME\Replays\Network"
Submissions
To Submit a replay for addition to the vault, please do so in the Earth 2160 / match-results-replays channel on Discord
