  Misc:
  - new version of IeoModuleLoader that validates modules and ensures their compatibility in MP games
  - new versions of EartExtensions (2.1.3 - see separate changelog at https://github.com/InsideEarth2150/EarthExtensions#changelog), EarthFixes and TheNewMoon modules
  - StackCrashFixLight module (formerly EarthStackCrashLogger) included by default
  - new version of Advanced Tank Script by Kumu
  - Advanced Aircraft Script by Kumu is now the default Air script
  - included by default D3D wrapper for higher resolutions
  Bug fixes:
  - fix for players with custom banners being unable to join lobbies (caused by using optional AdvTankScript, so we will make Kumu's Advanced Tank Script replace one of the unused by players Tank scripts)
  - fix for some of the ruins introduced in 2.2.1.2 crashing the level editor
  - reduced the amount of MP crashes due to including StackCrashFixLight module
  - fix rare cases of players with old incompatible templates (from mods) in their profiles being unable to start MP game (EarthFixes module)
  - fix for some users having text input fields issues under Win11 (EarthFixes)
  - disabling DEP globally in Windows is no longer required (EarthFixes)
