Fix: Try deactivating compatibility mode in Windows 10 by right-clicking 'The Moon Project.exe' and unchecking the appropriate section in the application properties. There is a high chance GameRanger is unable to set up the virtualized TCP environment, because it gets confused about what operating system the game is running on.▼

If the graphics acceleration settings don't help, revert to the default (maximum) setting, and try different settings of your sound card's "Hardware acceleration" and "Sample rate conversion quality" (starting with Hardware Acceleration). To access those settings, go to your Control Panel, double-click "Sounds and Audio Devices", click the bottom "Advanced..." button and go into the "Performance" tab.
